Who we are

Curbside ("we," "us," or "our") operates curbsidetoday.com and www.curbsidetoday.com. Curbside provides software that helps independent auto repair shops send transactional SMS vehicle repair status updates to their customers. Contact: carson@curbsidetoday.com.

Information we collect

Depending on how the service is used, we may collect:

• Shop account information (name, email, shop name, phone, city)
• Customer information entered by the shop (name, mobile phone number, vehicle details, repair status)
• SMS consent records (whether consent was given, when, and by what method)
• Message content and delivery metadata needed to operate the messaging program
• Billing and subscription information processed by Stripe

SMS / mobile information (required disclosures)

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are collected solely so an auto repair shop using Curbside can send transactional text messages about that customer's vehicle repair status (the "Curbside SMS Program").

Message frequency varies (typically 1–8 messages per repair visit). Message and data rates may apply.

How we use information

• Operate the Curbside dashboard, customer tracking pages, and SMS features
• Send consented repair-status and related service messages on behalf of the customer's shop
• Honor opt-out requests and maintain consent / opt-out records
• Process subscriptions and prevent abuse
• Provide customer support and improve reliability

Service providers

We use vendors that help us operate the product (for example Supabase for data storage, Twilio for SMS delivery, Stripe for payments, Resend for auth emails, and hosting providers such as Vercel and Cloudflare). These providers process data only to provide their services to us and are not authorized to use mobile numbers or messaging consent for their own marketing.

Data retention

We retain account, vehicle, message, and consent records for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Opt-out preferences are retained so we do not message numbers that have opted out.

Your choices

Customers may opt out of SMS by replying STOP. Shop users may update or delete account information by contacting us. For privacy requests, email carson@curbsidetoday.com.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do.
