Curbside provides software for auto repair shops to track vehicles and send transactional SMS updates about repair status to customers who have consented to receive them. Features, pricing, and availability may change.
Program name: Curbside SMS Program
Program description:Transactional text messages about a customer's vehicle repair status, sent by or on behalf of the customer's auto repair shop using Curbside (for example: checked in, inspecting, awaiting approval, parts on order, in progress, quality check, ready for pickup, and complete).
How consent is obtained: Customers provide direct, program-specific verbal consent at vehicle check-in after shop staff read the Curbside consent script. Consent is recorded in Curbside before any SMS is sent. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or service. SMS consent is not buried in unrelated agreements.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies (typically 1–8 messages per repair visit).
Pricing: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to cancel. After opting out, no further Curbside SMS Program messages will be sent to that number from the program.

Mobile information: We do not share, sell, or provide mobile phone numbers or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Shops may only message customers who consented. Shops must use the required verbal script, accurately record consent, and must not message customers who decline or opt out. Shops may not use Curbside for spam, affiliate marketing, lead generation, or unrelated promotional blasts.
Shop subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected at checkout (including any free trial). You must keep account credentials secure. Cancel anytime through the billing portal where available.
The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery of every SMS (carrier filtering and device issues can affect delivery). To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curbside is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
